I have configured transparent common channel signalling T-CCS between two sites, to carry E1 interfaces from local PBX to remote PBX.
The routers on both sides are 7206VXR, IOS Rel 12.3(3e).
It work well, but if the link between the PBX and the router goes Down and Up (after a reset of one PBX for example), the other side of the T-CCS go in 'DORM' status and stay in this state.
We try to shut/no shut the controller E1, but still not work.
The only way to recover and made the connection UP again, is to remove the configurations statements related to the channel D, and to re-apply it again.
Any others suggestions to recover without manual intervention?
Thanks, Daniel

This issue indicates that the DSP is faulty and can be due to either a hardware or software issue.

can you provide a snap shot of your config on both sides from the router. Beacaus I have a senario where the signalling is perfect what ever I do (all kinds of resets) but there is a problem in the voice path.
