Tandberg 3000 MXP - Problem with Main CAM

Dear everyone

I have one Tandberg 3000 MXP, the problem that I have is, with the main Cam, this worked without problem if I not try to make a zoom or move the CAM, but when I try to do this, the Cam turns off in automatic, show that the main Cam is disconnected and does not work until turn off the tamberg and turn on, in fact the functions not respond until disconnect and connect the equipment.

I have made a test, disconnect the main cam and work without problem, the functions work without problem, I can put in standby and get back without problem to the main menu.

Could tell me if the problem is with the main CAM or is possible that the problem is with the cable or what kind of tests I can do to verified this.

Are you running the latest firmware on that, if so, Raise a TAC and have it RMA-ed

Thanks for the information,I have the F9.3.1 NTCS

I can do some thing else before to raise the TAC
