Just getting you the software won't really help, as you'd also need a Release Key to enable you to upgrade from F6 to F9.
As the endpoint is end of support, you will have a lot of difficulty getting one of these from anywhere - you may be lucky enough if you are on good terms with your local Cisco Account Team - they may be able to source one for you, but you are likely going to be better off in the longer term by replacing it with a newer supportable endpoint.
