How can I reset administrator password on edge 95 mxp if com port do not work? Some jumpers on plate?

The DB9 port the camera is plugged into is also a dataport - try that one. It's unlikely that the serial port(s) have failed, you probably just haven't tried the right settings. 

As far as I know, there is no way to reset the password other than from the serial port/command line.

Hi,

If you have no Menu password set on the system, you can reset the IP access password from the menu. Go to Control Panel/Network/LAN Settings/IP Settings and set the IP Access Password to a new password fitting the strict password criteria.

This is done using the remote control.

You can default the settings on the Edge95 MXP using the remote control.   Go to the Installation menu in the Control Panel, then go to the View Defaults > Reset Defaults option.
