Tandberg MXP6000 - Camera Control, No Video

Hello All:

Having an "all of a sudden" issue with a VTC Suite. Was working fine the other day. No changes to the system.

I have a Tanberg MXP6000 system with TTC08-1 front and rear cameras. The CODEC boots up fine. I can control the cameras (pan/tilt) but both are showing black video - even when using a presentation and PIP any of the cameras - the presentation shows, but the camera box is still black.    

Any suggestions?

It might be a misconfiguration causing this or a camera issue.. Are you able to test a known good camera on the unit if you have other units? To identify any config issues we would need a xconf xstat output. If you cant share those to the public it might be a good idea to open a tac case.

Do you remember any changes done on the system?
