Hi,

TANDBERG Edge95  F9.3.4  packet loss is very high in all of bandwidth in LAN.

Sometimes 5%  6%  12% ,....    . very poor quality.

Another TANDBERG VC devices are good in same test.

Please advise.

Check the switch port configuration on either side – switch and your Edge. Most likely is a duplex issue.

++ Try replacing network cable/switch port
++ Try isolating in which scenario you experience packet loss. For example, Have two endpoints on same switch.
++ Check switch interface counters

As others have suggested, some of the first things to look at would be the duplex settings on the device and the switch it is connected to, then also the duplex settings on any of the uplinks from the switches between your device and the destination.   After that, is there any bandwidth limitations in the network, and are you trying to use too much (is it OK at a lower call rate?).

I'd also suggest that you consider replacing the Edge95 endpoints as they are past their end of support date (31 May 2018).
