Tandberg Profile 52 falls into sleep mode

Dear Community,

The System with SW Release TC4.2.4, C60 Codec, falls into sleep mode and the only way to finish it, is to reboot the unit. Either the system is not able from time to time receiving commands via remote. This error occurs since a short time.

Hi Chris,

its time to upgrade your device on the earlier versions on TC 4 we have seen few issue like that , and i am pretty sure it will be resolvd one you upgrade to the latest firmware or at least by TC 5.1.7.

more over if you have the logs you can share and we can look upon if the issue still occurs after the upgrade.

Hi Christian, I concur with Ravi, It is always best to have latest software installed on the devices as it would have most of the BUG fixes.

After upgrading to TC 5.1.7, if you still notice this behavior I would advice you to open TAC case alongwith respective logs to further check this problem.
