Recently we have upgraded a several of our edpoints (c20,c40) to a latest tc 6.1.2 release code.
The issue that we have now is that call history no longer shows us names but only IPs instead for ex h323:a.b.c.d.
Can anyone help to revert this - so we have names instead of IPs like in earlier tc 4.x versions?

I think you need to check your dialplan and configuration or provide a screenshot of the problem to be more clear.
if you are dialing by name why would it show as h323?
and version TC4.x is so old that we don't have it in our lab to do a comparison.

Hi,
I have seen that on a TC6.x load when the endpoint is set to default call protocol of SIP but is not SIP registered. Please could you check this on your endpoints?

Unfortunately SIP has the same issue whether it is registered or not.
Default call protocol selection also does not resolve the issue.
