TCP udp ports for Videoconferencing componements?

Hi all,

I currently working for Low level design for a new installation of cisco Videoconfernecing ( VCS,MCU,GW ISDN,TMS,Jabber for video,codec MXP 95 et Profiles 55,Cisco content server).

The infrastructure equipement are installed on the central site, and all the codec and Jabber are located on the remote site.

The network infrastructure include Vlans , firewalls....For this reason , I want know if there is any documents that explain TCP/UDP ports to authorize for each equipement ( codec and infrastructure).
