Teams meeting showing no audio or video from Cisco WebEx room kit

Have a customer that has a weird issue.  Have one end user that comes into one room and in a teams meeting off their webex room kit, gets no audio or video.........yet others who connect in to the same device and schedule meetings get both audio and video working.  To add to the fun, if the problematic end user creates a meeting in another space, it works fine.  Any troubleshooting tips anyone can recommend for this?
