Telepresece  Circuit configuration

Hi All,

 

I am new to telepresence, we have new telepresence circuit installed at one of my location. We got request to configure router and switch for it.

 

do we need to configure the telepresence circuit in router and switch? can any one help me to understand how it works

What do you mean by a "telepresence circuit"?  What specifically has been configured for you?

They are installing new circuit at location, so user asking to configure in router. is it configured some thing voice PSTN circuit ?
