TelePresence areas problem

Good morning nice to met you all,

I need to link 5 TelePresence in a conference (1 SX80, 3 C20 and 1 C40), but when we finally connect the last one (5th) they can listen to us but, they are unable to see us. We are using skype for bussiness and we have to mute TelePresence microphone because the strong feedback.

We need more information on how you are connecting them all up, what the device that is doing the bridging of the calls is, and how skype is involved in the call.

If you are using the Multisite functionality that may be on one of the endpoints (ie, the SX80 if it has a Multisite Option Key installed), then you can only have 4 video participants and the 5th will always be audio only.

If I disable this Multisite functionality are we going to be able to connect the 5 devices? 

The devices are in standalone mode, how can I configure the bridge one?

Hello I got news,
We made some tests today when we made a call between the SX80 and the C20, we could see them and listen to them, but the c20 side was unable to see us and listen to us. The same happened with the C40 side. Something weird happened, if we add another call the peer-to-peer call that was unable to see us started to see us and listen to us. I copied the log.

From what I am understanding from your description, the first point-to-point call works, but then when you add a second one, they only get audio.  This is very much the normal and default behaviour of an endpoint that doesn't have any form of multisite capability (the first call will be video, the second audio, and no third is available).

You will either need multisite option keys for your endpoint that you wish to make multisite calls from (this will allow video connections up to three participants), or use some form of multiparty bridge, like a Cisco Meeting Server.

No, the first call doesn't work. I establish a point-to-point call between the SX80 and the C20 or C40, they can't able to see us nor hear us, but, when the second one is added we are able to establish a complete call with the first one.

Assuming your call control platform is correctly configured to allow the calls, then I'd be looking at the firewalls and/or network routing between your sites.  It's not likely to be an TelePresence endpoint issue.
