Telepresence Content Server Dial in

Hello,

The TCS Ver 7 is registered to a VCS control and managed by a TMS version 14. The TCS connects to the conference when the TCS dials out using the conference dialing address of the TMS conference. But calls to the TCS from the TMS are not connecting.

The TCS uses the E.164 and H.323 for dialing in the TCS

We use the dialing "Recording Aliases" in the recording setup to make the calls in the TCS from the TMS. This is not working. The logs show the calls are rejected. Do not know why the calls are disconnecting. The only information is Disconnection normal.

In the TMS, the TCS is set to allow the TMS to Book, Incoming IP Address Dialing, H.323, and incoming SIP URI. Looking to fix the TCS rejecting calls.

Just to make sure, when booking the conference, you are adding the TCS to the conference using the "Recording" drop down option under Advanced Settings?  As this is the correct method for the TCS to be added to conferences.

What all devices are involved in the call, is the TCS connecting to an endpoint, or conference bridge such as an MCU/TelePresence Server?

Can you provide a search history from your VCS for a failed call, as well as the Content Engine log from the TCS for the same time period.
