Telepresence Endpoint TTC7 and TMS recovery password

Hi All

the customer forget the password for TMS and some endpoints TTC7 , how to recover the password , and do have the pdf for that ??

Could you be little specific about which endpoint you are talking about here. C Series or MXP or any other.

So that , we can provide the steps to recover the password for that particular endpoint.
