Telepresence Manager 1.5

Dear All

I have a Telepresence 1.5 integtaed to exchange 2003 , i want to upgrade to 1.8 . : my Questions are

1) if i want to upgrade it to 1.8 , is the license needed to upgarde or it is normal upgarde and i dont need new license to upgrade ???

2) shall i need to upgrade exchange or no ????

3) any important things i have to care about it when i want to upgrade to 1.8 ???

your answer is very important for me

Hey Lkayyali2011,

1. Cisco started enforcing a room-based license starting in CTS-Manager 1.7, so you will need to to license your rooms if you upgrade to or past that version. Some more information on the licensing requirements is here:

2. Exchange 2003 is still supported with WebDAV. It's in the admin guide:

I'm honestly not familiar enough with CTM 1.5 to know if there will be any other major concerns when going to 1.8. Probably a ton of bug fixes
