Any one has some good ideas around TelePresence Reporting
I think one of the major items missing is this.

You already can track some data within based on CUCM CDRs.
For P2P and CTMS meetings you can use CDRs records like any other Phone to Phone call to track meetings duration, and utilization. Any decent Billing application should be able to generate those, at the end they are still regular calls. (You can also use CAR to do this, will do very basic but will still help)
If you have any specific requirement we cannot track with CUCM CDRs or CTMS CDRs you can engage your Cisco Account team so they can talk to TSBU and file a PERS request for a particular feature you need in your deployment.

Hi Sir,
TelePresence uses CUCM for CDR records and CTMS has its own CDRs as well.
Which reports and information you are interested to obtain?
