Telepresence server and conductor 3 party video conference failure

Hello,

I've implemented Telepresence server and Telepresence conductor.

I've followed the following guide:

http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/infrastructure/conductor/config_guide/xc4-1_docs/TelePresence-Conductor-Unified-CM-Deployment-Guide-XC4-1.pdf

When I attempt a 3 party video conference, the conference fails to audio only conference.

Are there any licenses that I should add to the telepresence server and conductor?

Regards,

Samy

Is this ad-hoc or rendezvous?????

anyway, yes, depending on what license scheme you use, you would need either screen licenses on vTP, or PMP/SMP in Conductor.

it might simply be that you did not properly configured this to work as expected.

AdHoc conference

How can I troubleshoot this and get the logs to know the error regarding the logs

From CUCM, this should be as any other CFB you register to it, it should be registered, all the MRG/MRGL config should be in place, etc.

Start there, then you can move on to Conductor, there's a whole menu dedicated to the logs in there, it's pretty self explanatory to get the logs in Conductor.

In Conductor you should not see any alerts, and all the proper config should be in place, the config guides explain all what is required to be configured.

There are no guides on how to read the logs, that's something you get with hands-on experience, if you need someone to review them, you probably want to reach TAC.

Hello Jamie,

Yes the CFB is registered and the endpoints are using it in the MRG/MRGL.

Can you please take a look at the licenses errors? I've uploaded the licenses and still get these errors, why ?

Did you already entered the activation key/release key?

Option Keys/License Keys are not enough to resolve your issue. They are just keys to activate particular feature. You need for the activation key that was mapped to the serial number of the system for that particular major release/version that the system is currently running.

You would need to contact licensing@cisco.com for licensing issues.

Is CFB registered in UCM? Are involved endpoints using MRGL that CFB is assigned to?

Are screen licenses available on TS? You can check status in Conductor and TS to see available resources for that conference. If you can post those and config details that would be helpful.

Answering your questions:

1-CFB is registered in UCM

2- Endpoints using MRGL that CFB is assigned to

Regarding the licenses:

Yes, I believe it's a license issue

On both the coductor and the telepresence server there are error messages:

I've taken screenshots for the errors ..

I've uploaded the licenses to the server and the conductor, however, looking at these errors, i don't know what I did wrong. Can you please advise regarding the licensing for both the conductor and telepresence server?

Not so much of a problem in Conductor, the free mode supports one CFB, but you certainly need the right licensing on your vTP server, that's your problem right now, it's not working, thus, you have no resources to conference.
