Temporary Network Failure-Tandberg MXP 6000

Hello,

I've been having a lingering and annoying issue with a Tandberg MXP 6000.  When we try to call one particular location, we get a "Temporary Network Failure.  Call disconnected" error.

This ony happens when calling one particular site, and that site can call us without issue.  We can call every other site from this particular codec.  And this issue only started around around 3 months ago (with 4+ years of being able to connect).

The only solutions I've seen online have been network-related, which may be the cause, but it would seem strange that this error only happens when calling one site.  Any ideas?

Maybe that one remote site is the problem ;-)

Without knowing more about the deployment, network setup and  call flow there is not much to say

besides check the config on both sides and especially review the firewall, ...

Often ALG/NAT/L3 fuetures cause issues, ...
