VTCTest (71.14.2.157(HDX) and 71.14.2.158(HDX)) is a publicly available test site for H.323.
Tests connectivity (bi-directionally), video and audio (bi-directionally) and content / H.239 (from VTCTest)
(Visual indicators show you the status/progress of these tests.).
Loopback site, both H.323 and SIP:

Hi,
for my local ISDN tests I used numbers from this site:
http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/us/support/documentation/video_test_numbers.html
There are also IP entries so should be good for you too.
Cheers

Hi,
You can find many Test number in Internet to do tests. For example:
http://www.resolvecollaboration.com/videoconference_test_systems.html
http://www.ivccommunications.com/test_numbers.asp
http://www.1pcn.com/customer_service/faq/video_test_numbers.htm
I don't know If all of this endpoints are working fine but most of them.
Best regards.
