Is there documentation and software for testing the network for not only immersive systems but multipurpose rooms as well? Cisco TelePresence Readiness Assessment Manager? Please provide documents for best practice.

Are there any specific endpoints/infrastructures you would need more network readiness information for?

The only TelePresence network readiness software (that I know of), is the old IPT tool. This tool will test your network deployment to verify proper configurations to support the Cisco Expressway firewall traversal solutions (I can send you this application separately if you'd like).
