TMS 14.2.2 Smart Scheduler with Movi Call and MS Office communicator

Hi All,

after I had booked a conference, I get an email with the video address. I click with the mouse on it, Movi should start automatically. The also works fine.If I'm in an environment with Microsoft Office Communicator, the MOC client  goes instead of Movi.

I close the MS Communicator, but if i click the video adress link on my email from the Smart scheduler, the MS CLient goes up again

How can I change the prioritization?

Hi,

run netstat -a -b on windows command

and see whether Jabber/Movi or Lync is established connection to 5061.

I compared the registry key for Movi and Lync and did not see difference But i believe there is registry key is set as the default application between the two.

so the easy way is to uninstall Jabber/Movi and re-install it again and that should solve the problem.
