TMS 15.4 with TMSXE to Office 365 Meeting title not showing up

We have TMS 15.4 with TMSXE and it is integrated with  office365 Our bookings are working but our meeting titles are not coming though. If I turn on include meeting organizer it will pick that up but not the meeting title.  This worked for over a year and has suddenly stopped. 

Cannot find anything in the Docs on updates to office 365 or bugs.

You could be running into a similar issue as pointed out here: tms-xe-booking-does-not-populate-title-tms.  Can you confirm your O365 has the two fields noted in that thread set correctly.
