Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if there is a method of gaining back site administrtor rights to the Administrator account if the rights have beed accidentally removed?
Every new user is by default put into Users group so there is no way to access the TMS as a Site administrator.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Yes there is a way and that is to manually edit the users in the SQL database. I don´t recommend that you explore the TMSDB unless you have experience with SQL, and we generally do not recommend it anyway as a typo can turn into a real nightmare, so be warned!
I can provide you with instructions (at your own risk) or you can raise a ticket to get assistance from a TAC engineer.

Thanks for the reply!
If you could provide me with the instructions it would be great as I have some experience with SQL.
This is almost a clean install so in the worst case scenario we could reinstall TMS.

hi everyone,
When i finish the installation process of my TMS the message on the web browser is "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE".
I dont know if i ignored something during the process.
