Hi Everyone,
We are facing the issue while Enabling the TMS agent Data Replication on VCS control, its showing the Event Failed on activity status.
Its showing the following error as shown in the attached snapshot.
And all the Agent diagnostics are good, TMS is on 13.0 & VCS is on X 6.1 & we have device provisioning key, also it was working earlier.
Kindly suggest what could be wrong here.
Regards
Nikhil

There is many things that can be wrong based on the info you have provided which is not very specific.
I would recommend you opening a tac case or provide some more specific descriptions on the errors.
It could ve DNS, authentication or something else and im sure logs would be required. So TAC would be the best way to go in this case.

Hi Nikhil, I concur with Magnus to upgrade to TMSPE. I’ve consolidated all the document links below for your quick reference prior upgrade to TMSPE.
TMS 13.2
TMSPE 1.0

This problem was resolved in a webex. We ran purge and destroy on the VCS and the replication could successfully be enabled. The reason was that the opends service on the VCS was malfunctioning and would not start.
