Hello,
One of our customers is using some Polycom VSXes as well as Cisco VC systems. They created a phonebook on Cisco TMS. This phonebook also includes some folders. On C20s, they can see the folders on the phonebook. But on the Polycom VSXes, they can not see the folders. They see all addresses in the same directory in order from A to Z. Do you know it is possible to seperate with folders on VSX or not? If so how?
Best regards,
Tufan

Hi
The polycom units does not support this unless they have included it in some new software at least they did not support this before. Only a flat phonebook like you see. Use cisco endpoints

Actually they are replacing Polycom with Cisco. They have bought 90 C20s. But they don't want to throw Polycoms away immediately. So I want to help them now. Is there someone who experienced this with new software?
