Hi guys,
How can we use TMS and TMSXE if customer does not have any room system and they just want to make video conference with their jabber client and also invite b2b customers to the meeting via Exchange & emailing.
I thought if I add unmanaged bookable room system to the TMS and add a room to the exchange. Is it work ? Any idea ?

Ohh yes we enabled Scheduling Mailbox on TMSXE.
Page 58 in the guide.
