TMS cannot getting packet loss report

Hi all,

i have problem with TMS 12.6, the TMS seems cannot show packet loss log from conference, i don't know why,

the conference consist of MCU codian 4500 series and many endpoint, include C40, Polycom HDX series, VSX series, Lifesize room series.

i checked the SNMP setting, but i found that it normal, that snmp can go throudh network between system and TMS.

please help.

I'd be looking at that the systems are feeding back to the TMS appropriately and this is via HTTP/HTTPS, not SNMP. And I'd also recommend ustilising the latest and greatest software, in particular between the TMS and MCU since there have been several improvements on the MCU API with regard to the TMS and MCU relationship
