I'm trying to enable provisioning in my TMS. But after the VCS is inserted, in TMS in Systems > Navigator, selecting the VCS and under TMS agent tab appears this message "Unable to connect to the TMS agent on this VCS", so the option "Enable TMS Agent Data Replication:" it's disabled.
Can you help me?

Check on your VCS to make sure you have a Device Provisioning key. If not, get one from Cisco.
If that's not is, it may be versioning; what version of TMS are you using, and what version of VCS? 12.6 or better and 5.2 or better is your best bet. Lower versions may not talk to each other.

Yes I have a Device Provisioning Key, although in field Active options, doesn't appear.....It's normal?
About the versions: VCS - X6.0; TMS - 13.0.

No, that's would not appear to be normal. On mine it appears both in the Active Options list, and in the Maintenance --> Option Keys list. If it's not showing in the latter, and you have entered the option key using the dialogue on that same page, I would suggest opening a ticket with TAC.

Hello,
Have you enable TMS agent on the TMS?
Administrative tools->configuration->General->enable tms agent

Yes.

Paolo,
If you haven't already done so, I would reference the Provisioning Deployment Guide, in particular the pre-requisites section. And since this appears to be an initial installation, then I'd also suggest latest and greatest software for both TMS and VCS, i.e. TMS 13.1.1 and VCS X7.0.1 respectively.
