The TMS Portal is a web site hosted within IIS. There are no direct control within the TMS application to change the http or https bindings within IIS. To determine the exact steps needed to enable or disable certain protocols, you should refer to Microsoft publications for IIS hosted in the Windows Server version that you are running.

Before making any kind of customizations, you need to be 100% sure you know exactly what you are changing, and how it will affect the over all deployment. The http binding may be needed by other device that are communicating with various TMS services that are running within the TMS web site. Please also keep in mind that customizations to IIS would not be supportable by Cisco TAC. Meaning, if some items are changed, and things begin to fail, You may not receive support from TAC to fix what may be wrong. The only recommended resolution to such an issue would be to uninstall TMS, remove the IIS role, and then reinstall TMS, letting the TMS installer rebuild IIS.
