TMS not able to call Jabber and Lync Client as External Call

We are running into an issue :-

We have integrated TMS with exchange and we have also deployed Cisco form in Outlook local
client.

Now when we schedule a conf call from Outlook using Cisco form and and when we add
External jabber Client or internal lync client under external participants along with
Endpoints. The call gets connected to Endpoints but we are not recieving the call on
Jabber client or Lync Client.

Tried this from TMS also, didnt worked.

However, removing TMS and when we call from MCU , it works.

We have VCS-Lync Integration , VCSc -VCSe integration.

TMS 13.2.1
VCS : X7.1
TMSXE 3.0
Exchange 2010.

Please help.

Hey

Are you adding the jabber clients as external dial out participants by manually typing in the jabber address?

This wont work if you just add the users since the jabber clients provides no guarantee that the user will pick up the call. There is no autoanswer on the jabber clients. But by punching the address manually as external dialout it should work... How do you add these participants?
