TMS Provisioning Extension

Hi,

I added VCS-C server for provisioning I am getting TMS Provisioning Extension service status failed. Both Device and User status as failed.

I am using TMS 14.5 and TMSPE 1.3 . Anyone had this issue before ?

Can you explain what you have configured up to now, did you go by the TMSPE 1.3 Deployment Guide?

Are you seeing the errors on the Provisioning Extension Diagnostics page or on the VCS?  It should give you some sort of error message explaining the issue.
