Hi.
Can somebody advise me, what I need to do to avoid that TMS is using multisite instead of an MCU when doing a schedule?
Whenever a system is included in the partiicpants list that has a multisite key installed, the scheduler does not select the MCU automatically as it would with other devices.
Is there a way to force TMS to use the nice MCU instead of the local C40? I would like to keep the multisite key installed.
Thanks and regards
Danny

TMS; Admin Tools/Configuration/Conference Settings/Advanced Conference Options/External MCU Usage in Routing
Set this to "Always, except point-to-point"
You can also try turning off Multipoint mode:
Using CLI:
xConfiguration Conference [1..1] IncomingMultisiteCall Mode:
xConfiguration Conference [1..1] Multipoint Mode:
or you can do it through the web gui under Configuration/System Configuration/Conference 1

Check the "External MCU Usage in Routing" setting under Administrative Tools > Configuration > Conference Settings.
It specifies whether Cisco TMS will use an external MCU when booking a conference.

Hi Thomas.
Thanks for this advice. That was indeed the right solution. I prefer it over disabling the MS option.
Just checked it and it works fine.
Cheers
Danny
