I have TMS running on Windows 2012 R2 and SQL 2012 on a separate server on Windows 2012 R2.
Upgrading hasn't been an issue until trying 15.6.0 ??
Gets stuck at the SQL database window.
System see the database and when I enter the password I get the error:
"Could not connect to SQL server: Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed. For more information, refer to Cisco TMS installation Guide.
I am not using the default sa login but created a SQL login user long time ago and hasn't been an issue until now ??
Any ideas would be appreciated. I did read the release notes but can't see anything unique I should do if anything ...
Thanks.

As PJMack mentions, you must first install SQL Native Client 11 when using an externally hosted SQL server with TMS, this is mentioned also in the TMS 15.6 Release Notes.
SQL Native Client 11 can be downloaded from here: Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Feature Pack

This exact problem (and how to fix it) is on pages 63-64 of the latest installation guide:
You just need to install the SQL native client.

Patrick,
Sorry for the long delay ... Yes was able to upgrade TMS to 15.6.1 after installing the Native Client package.
Thank you
I am able to schedule and launch a conference call from TMS using the Cisco Meeting Server MCU.
Problem is managing the conference using the TMS Conference Control Center ???
The active conference doesn't show up ???
I thought TMS can manage a conference hosted on the CMS ??? I am running CMS 2.2.8.
Any ideas.

As per the TMS Admin Guide (Page 107)
The following features are not supported for Cisco Meeting Server in Cisco TMS:
■ WebEx enabled conferences
■ Conference Control Center You can however view Cisco Meeting Server in the Edit Conference and Add Participants section for the conferences that are scheduled on other bridges.
■ ISDN Bandwidth and ISDN Restrict
■ Best Impression Routing
■ Least Cost Routing
■ Recording
You can only select the following options under Booking > New Conference > Advanced Settings, when you add Cisco Meeting Server and book a new conference:
■ Continuous Presence in Picture Mode.
■ Automatic Best Effort in Extend Mode.
■ If Possible in Secure.

CCC isn't supported when using Cisco Meeting Server, instead you need to use Cisco Meeting Management.
