TMS Webex Settings - DNS issue

Hi.

I would like to integrate the Webex for Telepresence services.

Therefore it's necessary to add your webex site in TMS. License and everything has been done.

When adding the enabled webex site in TMS, I always get

"Unable to resolve Hostname in DNS: https://getronics-ch.webex.com"

I checked the DNS resolve on the TMS platform and it comes back with

global-nebulaie.webex.com [66.114.168.199]

That seems ok. Is there a differnt way to enter the data or has anybody had a similiar issue resolved?

Hi Danny,

Is this currently working for you?  I am able to add the site to my internal lab TMS and get a good connection now. 

hostname should be: 

getronics-ch.webex.com

sitename should be:

getronics-ch
