Hi,
i have a liitle problem. For every Ad Hoc Meeting i make between endpoints, TMSEX creates a entry in Outlook Calendar.
I think this is not normal. :-) I only want entry in outlook for real meetings.
Anyone know why or how i can prevent this?
Cheers

Hi,
What you describe is normal behavior.
However: you can turn off ad hoc conference discovery in TMS; this will also prevent such calls from being replicated to Exchange.

Thx. Kjetil. I will check tomorrow.
But is this due to statistics or why every ad hoc call will displayed in outlook calendar?

The TMSXE Replicator (i.e. the component that copies meetings from TMS to Exchange) is relatively "dumb" – it copies everything it sees. While it would be technically possible not to replicate ad hoc meetings over to Exchange, the solution would become more complex if we chose to do that. It is a deliberate design decision to keep the Replicator "dumb"
– the less business logic we add to it, the less can go wrong.
