Hi Islam,
Assalamu Alaikum. As per your description, the problem seems to be on the local site where even your self view is not working well. Here are the possible reasons for this behavior:
-Camera faulty
-Configuration on Codec faulty
-Camera cables faulty
-Room Environment
In order to isolate, please connect the camera directly to a display using HDMI cable. You can still power the camera through codec using the Visca cable which is used for control and power.
If you're still seeing a blurry image on the display, it means that the camera is faulty or the issue is related to room lighting. In order to get a clear image, you need to have ample lighting conditions in the room in order to use the camera for a HD quality video.
Please investigate and let us know.
Thanks

There could be a number of problems. Some related to the camera settings or some related to settings on the video input source. Not any other settings that I can think of for now.

Many postings do not really help, sometimes you just have to be patient, if there is a critical
issue and you have a service contract, always consider opening a TAC case.
Where do you see the issue, does it also show up on the selfview or only within a call (and there on the local or remote site?)
If you hook up a hdmi monitor directly to the hdmi output of the camera is it still blurry?
Could you take a picture of the blurry picture and describe how the scenario is (selfview, picture by remote site, ...)
Does the menu and the remote picture show up properly on your system?
Please remember to rate helpful responses and identify
