TMSPE - Failed: HTTPException - 404 Phonebook Service

Hi All

I have done a new installation of TMSPE and I have the below error.

Summary - Failed: HTTPException

Response – (404) No phonebooks found for entity eb640229-8deb-4f80-8def-7550389a72a

I have gone into "Manage Phonebooks" and selected a phonebook (i.e the Provisioning Phonebook) and then clicked the "Access control" tab. I Selected the group I want to be able to access this phonebook and saved. I have done a full synch with the VCS again and i still have the issue.

Any ideas on this?

Hi Haydn

Do you have any entries in the phonebook you have assigned access control to?

What does it say in the phonebook source activity status?

Try to re-create the phonebook and assign access control to that phonebook.

Did you do a migration from OpenDS or is this a from scratch installation?

Try to disable and enable the phonebook service once more.
