Hello, there are some strange things regarding meetings planning.
I create a new meeting from Outlook using Cisco TelePresence Form
I'm adding a conference room account in the general meeting Tab, and some external participants using Telelpresence tab (Reservation Type- One Button to Push, Call-In using SIP Video URI)
1. When a meeting is being canceled by the meeting organizer, it is not deleted from the TMS scheduling list. Rather that TMSXE updates an event in TMS scheduler, and the meeting organizer gets the same email as being received upon the meeting creation. In the issue, this meeting also is not removed from the telepresence device display until i manually remove it from the TMS.
2. Meeting invitation is only sent to the organizer. Is there a way to duplicate it to the participants emails that are listed in a meeting using Telepresence Tab?
