TMSXE Display Name and Subject

Hi all,

I am trying to find a way to change the display name for "svc_tmsxe" and also the subject of the emails it sends out when booking a telepresence meeting, the title is currently "Conference information: <Meeting title here>" was wondering where these are both changed if possible

Not an TMSXE expert but looking at the available documentation I was not able to find a way how to do it.

Hi Sam,

I assume "svc_tmsxe" is the TMSXE service account? If so, you'll be able to change the display name using the normal Exchange mechanisms (i.e. using Exchange Management Console or Exchange Management Shell).

The TMSXE email templates are configurable, have a look in the C:\ProgramData\Cisco\TMSXE\Config folder. See page 17 of the TMSXE 3.0 admin guide for documentation.
