Touch Panel Administrator Login

Just upgraded my EX60 to TC7.1.1, and it's prompting me for a password to access the touch panel administrator submenu?  Any idea how to turn this function off, it was never enabled to begin with.

Thanks

You only need to log in to get to the Administrator settings.  This is mentioned in the Release Notes:

Password protection of the Touch administrator menu

You must sign in with the video system’s administrator password to get access to the Administrator menu on Touch 8 and 10.

It's one of the new "security features" of the new software releases.  There's no way to turn it off.  It's been discussed briefly before in this thread: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12143036/touch-8-login-method-changed-ex.

Patrick,

I would love to be able to do this too, but my guess is that is not going to happen.

Thanks,

Justin

What gets me, is that it was never enabled to begin with, to prompt for login.  I've looked at some of the touch panel guides and it says the following: "Note that access to these settings may have been password protected by your Video Support Team."  Makes me think it could possibly be disabled, but how?  I've checked through the web interface and can't find it, unless I'm missing it.
