Our operator has a 7962 phone in front of them that may have up to 6 phone calls at a time.
The problem we have is when an operator is already on a phone call with Caller 1 and then Caller 2 and Caller 3 call in, the softkey buttons change to Answer and won't let the operator transfer Caller 1 until they answer all other calls that come in.
Is there a way to stop the softkeys from changing like this or could I add a Transfer key to the Ring In softkey layout? I couldn't see that as an option

Kindly share which server u re using CM or CME. That will be helpfull for resolving your problem.
