Transferring MS between two Endpoints

Can the Multisite license be "transferred' to another EP or is it tied (via S/N or MAC?) to the EP for which it was purchased?

Option keys are tied to the endpoint by serial number, it cannot be transferred to another.  You must purchase a new option key for each endpoint using it's serial number you'd like it to be on.

The only way you can transfer option keys to another endpoint is if an RMA were performed, and you had to replace a defective endpoint with a new one.  You'd specify the old serial number and the new, and it would transfer/generate the option keys you can install on the new endpoint.

As Patrick has said, no, you can't transfer it from one to the other - the licence key is tied to the serial number of the hardware it is installed on to.

If both the endpoints are the same, and you want the feature on one and not the other - the best way would be to physically swap them.
