Is there an extension cable from Cisco (male to female) for these mics and if so, is there a length restrictions before any issues occur that would affect quality or functionality?

If there's a Cisco extension please provide the part #.

Yes, there is a 10m extension cable available from Cisco, part number is CAB-MIC20-EXT=.

The microphone and cable were only designed for a single extension cable, however, if you make your own extension with quality cabling (22/4 gauge shielded audio cable) and connectors you can get a longer distance (length will vary depending on the voltage drop characteristics of the cable you choose).

Is there a pinout available for the 4-pin 3.5mm audio plug. We have one with the wire connections broken and I need to see which wires (red/breen/blue/shield) go to which pins so I can make a solder repair. TIA
