Hi,
I'm going to install a Cisco SX80, my idea is to connect 8 microphones on it.
I was wondering if I can use the Cisco table microphone 60...modifying the connector from jack to euroblock or using an adapter...
Thanks in advance for your precious help.

Yes, you can modify it as long as you have the proper pin-out configuration on the connector jack. You will need a 4-pole jack/connector for you to connect the 4 conductors of the Mic 60 (+, -, ground and Mute pin).

Thanks Acevirgil!
Is this solution a good solution or you have another suggestion? :)

Yes this should work.
We have 1 project before with large conference room that uses SX80 codec for videoconference with four Mic 60 connected to it. Due to mic cable shortage from conference table to the control room where the SX80 codec was installed, we need to extend the mic cable using a CAT-6. To make it look professional, we converted the end of the Mic 60 to 3.5mm with 4-pole jack (male) then used audio patches (4-pole 3.5mm female) on the table to plug in the Mic 60s. From the audio patch, we used CAT-6 cables and the other end were euro block connectors for the codec connection. This works perfectly.

Does anyone have the 4-pin 3.5mm connector pinout showing conductor colors from the microphone? I have one where the connector got pulled off and must make a repair. The mic has a 3-conductor shielded cable with Red/Blu/Grn/Shield wires. I just need to know which colored wire to solder to which pin Audio Hot (tip), Audio Cold (ring 1), Mic Control (ring 2), Ground (sleeve). I suspect Stefano would also find this information helpful as well if he doesn't have it already.
