Hi ,
I have a client with 4 TX 9000 and registered with cucm version 8.6.2. On the other hand they have a VCS where TP server registered as a SIP and H.323 .
This is more about the TX 9000 escalation process . Currently TX 9000 can' t escalate the conference to TP server. Basically if they are on a point to point call, they need to disconnect the call and need to call the " virtual meeting rooms" to bring more than 2 participants for that conference .
What is the best practice need to setup for the TX 9000 escalation process like multiway in the VCS world.
Do we need to have a SIP trunk to TP server instead registered with the VCS ? Then assign the media resource group for the cucm endpoints such as TX 9000.
Thanks
Chris

Hi.
Multiway is not supported by CTS.
The best solution would be to set up a static meeting and dail into it whenever a multipoint conference is needed.
