unable to make call over mpls link sx80

Hi team

i have an sx80 setup. i have tried to vedio call over mpls link using gatekeeper address. can anyone help on this.

i have set call setup mode- gatekeeper

Gatekeeper address also set.

But not able to make call.

please help on this.

is there e2e connectivity between the sx80 and the far en endpoint? can you ping?

what are you using as gatekeeper? IOS based?

Thanks for respond 

i dont know more about far end but i thought there should be e2e connectivity because we have only 2 ip address over mpls link one is assigned on sx80 and other on far end device and i m able to ping the far end Codec. but not able to call.

i dont have any about gatekeeper.
