Unable to register Room bar on CUCM

Im trying to get the Room Bar register to CUCM but i keep getting the following error

SIP registration failed: 404 Not Found / Unable to find device/user in database. Verify SIP configuration and connectivity to SIP proxy.

The device pack has been uploaded to the CUCM

Have you created the device in CM under Devices > Phones?

Did you follow all the other steps in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Device Package Installation Guide, specifically those around which services on which nodes need to be restarted to get the new files to be used?

Hi community,

I saw another person had this issue in the beginning of this year too. I'm trying to register a new cisco room bar pro, the cucm version it's 14.0.1.10000-20 and the roomOS 11.27.2.0. the documentation from cisco room bar pro says that it's compatible to register it on-prem. I already install the device pack and restart the tftp and call manager service, i restart the server after that too, install the cmterm-s53300ce11_27_2_0.k4.cop.sha512 in cucm side, all without solution.

when tryied with third party advanced same error (SIP registration failed: 404 Not Found / Unable to find device), when try with cisco webex room kit pro -> 485 ambiguous device type.

I have run out of ideas. Any suggestions?

Do you have Room Bar Pro as a selectable device type in CM? You can not use any other device type when creating the device in CM.

With device pack version cmterm-devicepack14.0.1.12014-1.cop it doesn't have it but with cmterm-devicepack14.0.1.15067-1.cop already have it so, problem solved.

What devices that is included in the device pack would have been stated in the release notes for each of the device packages.
