Unable to register sx10 with cucm via expressway

Sx10 showing proxy1 inactive.

Recently got a licemse compliance issue so all the phones are unprovisioned.

Then installed demo licenses, even aftee demo licenses devices are unable to register. 

Diagnostics shows could not contact server in sx10 but the expressway is accessible from sx 10.

what is the CUCM, EXP and SX10 version?

it must be noted, even if cucm has no license. still the system can run for 2 months without license.

Does the SX10 have ITL/CTL certificates installed? If it does, delete them, reboot the system if needed, and check for results.

Does the issue persist? From the web GUI, navigate to Status and Provisioning, is there any error?

Things to check.

-Valid profile in CUCM for the SX10.
-Valid username and password associated to the SX10's profile.
-Valid DN in the SX10's profile.
