Hi Experts,
I have installed Cisco Jabber for Video 4.4 on my laptop which is HP Pavillion DV6-2170us.
However, when I run it for the first time, it get the below error saying that please update your graphics driver.
It has intel HD graphics driver, which I already have updated.
And as far as I remember , I was able to run Cisco Jabber Client before some time.
What might be the issue?
Could anyone suggest what might be the issue and how to fix it? And Will I be able to run Cisco Jabber again??
Thanks,
Saurabh

Have you try download latest Intel Graphics driver from HP site?

Maybe you have already done this, but have you also tried driver from Intel?

Other question, have you check what version of OpenGL that your Intel graphic device support?
You may use free tool to check supported version, i.e. OpenGL Extensions Viewer (http://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=ja&langpair=en|ja&rurl=translate.google.co.jp&u=http://www.realtech-vr.com/glview/download.php&usg=ALkJrhixgzhuFsT-DrDOEhSKCHFxktPGHw), Graphics version checker (http://www.topicscape.com/download3.php), DoctorGL (http://ononesoft.cachefly.net/support/DoctorGL.exe.zip), etc.
Jabber Video client requires OpenGL version 1.2 or later for displaying video.
