We have an odd issue with our Unified video Advantage users. If the video is enabled on their phones, they are not able to make local calls. They can receive calls just fine and make internal calls, but no external. When the video is disabled, all the calls seem to work fine. This started happening after our voice gateways were upgraded. Any clues on where to start looking?
Thanks
Jim

Most likely you have to add "bearer-cap speech" to the voice port(s) on the gateway. This will prevent the video advertisement to the provider which they usually reject.
